Hi I'm Mary! A mother of two crazy boys, an Air Force Veteran with 3 deployments overseas, a laundry list of life trauma and a human being that knows all too well the struggles in life that effect being able to stay consistent enough with a diet or program to see the results 

 

I honestly can't remember a time in my life prior to 2021 where I was confident in my body. I had struggling with my weight since I can remember. I went through years of fad diets and disordered eating, trying every quick fix, silver bullet, diet pill, and fitness influencer download for losing the weight I could....

 

I tried everything you can think of EXCEPT what I needed the most.... to properly fuel my body to stay consistent enough to actually see results.

In 2021, I decided to go all in (once again) on a challenge being offered through 1st Phorm. This time was different - I chose to educate myself and not try to cut corners. I simply just went all in with the guidance. I quieted my thoughts trying to get me to go off plan, and most importantly I REFUSED to quit. I lost 35lbs in 9 weeks. I couldn't believe it... after all of those years of trying to starve myself, cut out carbs, endless hours of cardio, diet pills purchased in countries that don't have regulations on amphetamines, etc.... what worked for me was MORE food and sticking with it. 

I won that challenge which had a prize of $50,000 at the time. And ever since then I have been committed to helping people just like myself, who have struggled their whole life, to finally see and KEEP those results in the healthiest and most SUPPORTIVE way. 

I was was hired and moved my family to 1st Phorm headquarter to live out my dream and become someone who could make a difference. I was so grateful to learn from some of the best coaches and dietitians in the health & fitness world and with doing do, helped hundreds of clients reach their goals to include 5 challenge winners in 3 years totaling $95,000 in client payouts for winning those 1st phorm challenges. 

Throughout 2023, after my second son was born, and into the beginning of 2024 I recognized that I was really struggling. Because of the success and name I had as an HQ advisor I had was blessed with so many people wanting to join my team. I had over 1500 clients and 650 total in the New Years challenge of 2024. And I reached a point where I simply couldn't give enough attention to each person the way I know they needed that support. I was too passionate about the attention I wanted to give each client, and something had to change. 

In March of 2024 I left 1st Phorm as a salaried advisor and chose to take time to focus on my family, my health and build a coaching community that would allow me to help others in the way I KNOW that we all need - unwavering support, customized nutrition and training programs that actually work for each clients lifestyle and needs, frequent and in depth communication, trust, and love to help ensure I don't let a single client fall through the cracks and feel unsupported in their journey. 

 

I am now so excited for this next chapter with WolfePack Wellness, and in it I am ALSO going through my own shift in challenges with perimenopause at my front door and diving in to learn all I can to help myself and others through such a challenging time in Women's lives while juggling all the life things of being a mom, partner, and human navigating this wildly stressful and beautiful life.
